After a few idle weeks in MotoGP we return with the MotoGP race at Donnington Park in the UK. Stoner is 26 points ahead of Rossi in the championship and has surprised everyone by beating Rossi on the traditionally Michelin-dominated tracks that make up this middle part of the season. My bet is he'll do it again this weekend (he's fastest so far in wet Free Practice). Kawasaki rider Olivier Jacque has retired form racing and moved to a development role for Kawasaki. Brit Anthony West, who raced in 250cc earlier this season has moved in to replace him.
250cc race is on Speed at 4pm Sunday.
MotoGP is on at 6pm Sunday.
Also ChampCar returns with the Cleveland Grand Prix at Burke Lakefront Airport. They have been testing at Road America the past week and Sebastian Bourdais has been fastest. We should hope that someone else wins the Cleveland race so we can have a decent championship chase this year.
ChampCar is on CBS at 1pm Sunday.
Just so you know not to watch it, the IRL races at some oval in Iowa this weekend Don't tune in to ABC at 1pm on Sunday.
If you're really bored the Rolex Series is at Mid-Ohio. The DPs and GT cars are racing separately once again so you can watch the GT race only and probably be entertained. Speed channel, Sunday morning at 2am.
